In Bicol, AECID Philippines supports Spanish NGOs working to mitigate the impact of typhoons. Our delegation visited two evacuation centers and bamboo resilient houses constructed under the Fundación de Religiosos para la Salud (FRS) project, as well as the Emergency Response to Typhoon Kristine, implemented by Action Against Hunger (AAH).
